form conditioning
A high intensity class that combines basic dance technique with cardio, designed to improve flexibility, endurance, and core strength. This class gives dancers the unique opportunity to cross train in a way that is specifically meant for them to reach their maximum performance potential while reducing risk of injury.

Dancer Nutrition and PerFORMance Psychology Education Sessions instructed by industry professionals.
FORM AWARDS
Audition winners:
At the end of the audition class, faculty will choose ten standout dancers to keep an eye on over the weekend. FORM Faculty will be watching closely, and based on their perFORMance, the top three dancers will be selected and announced at the closing ceremony.
These Top 3 dancers will receive CASH PRIZES!
Faculty standout awards:
Each faculty member will choose ONE dancer that stood out to them throughout the weekend. Their dancer of choice will be awarded.
Each standout winner will receive a CASH PRIZE!
Observers
Observers 10 years of age and younger are free, but must be accompanied by a paid observer.
All dancers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian of legal age (18+ years of age).
Observer passes are non refundable. No exceptions.
Audition Class is closed for observers.
teachers/studio owners
All teacher/Studio owner passes are non refundable. No exceptions.
Teachers/Studio owners will have access to the audition class.
Teachers/Studio owners cannot be registered as observers/parents.
zero tolerance policy
At FORM Dance Convention we are committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all participants. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: harassment, mistreatment, and discrimination. This policy applies to everyone involved in our events, including dancers, parents, observers, teachers, and studio owners. Any individual who violates this policy will be removed from the event at the discretion of the Founder/Owner.
