Chalnessa eames
Chalnessa Eames is a former world-renowned soloist with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle. It was during this time that she developed her style of conditioning exercise to keep up with the constant demands of her schedule, both mentally and physically. She would perform this ritual of body maintenance outside of the studio to keep her body virtually injury-free, which is almost unheard of in a dancer’s career. In 2019, she opened The Fitual studio in Winnipeg, which offers her transformative fitness classes and Winnipeg’s first Lagree Fitness Method.
